Things to Know Before Booking
- Where we are: Surrounded by pines and olive trees, yet only 15 minutes from the historic centre of Florence, and half an hour from Siena and the heart of Chianti.
- Check-in and check-out time: Arrival from 2:00 pm, Departure by 10:30 am.
- Capacity: Ideal for 2 people looking for an intimate and special stay. Also suitable for families who want to spend a night with their children.
- Comfort and services: Fully-equipped kitchen, pellet stove, natural cross-ventilation and/or air conditioning in the summer, Wi-Fi in shared areas.
- How to get there: By car, taxi or bus (no. 11) from Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Get off at the Le Gore stop.
- Animals: Your four-legged best friends are just as welcome! But please let us know upon booking.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy provides for a full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival date. For bookings cancelled between 15 and 29 days before the arrival date, customers will be charged 50% of the total amount. Alternatively, the booking dates can be changed without additional charges (subject to room availability).
If the booking is cancelled 13 days or less before arrival, the entire amount will be charged.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, you can, but you must do so at least 14 days in advance. Changes to bookings are subject to room availability. Contact us for assistance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept several payment methods, including bank transfers. All payments must be completed 14 days prior to check-in. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information or assistance.
What happens in case of an emergency?
We’ll be fully available in case of an emergency. You can contact us directly using the emergency number provided at check-in. Your safety is our priority.
